One-on-One Coaching

We work with you individually to understand the situation you’re in. With our unique Write To Be Well™ method as our foundation, you will articulate what you need and want, and what matters most to you. We support you to create an action plan to realize your goal. Then, we help you get in touch with your readiness, face your obstacles and gain the confidence to make the change. Through our work together, you will build new habits to last a lifetime.

Group Coaching

What is group coaching? Simply put, it is coaching people together in a group. Sometimes this is a collection of random individuals and sometimes our work is with teams within an organization. In either case, you unlock collective wisdom. Benefits may include a wider perspective of ideas through brainstorming, sharing solutions, support and accountability for action, comradery, realizing you’re not alone in what you’re facing, and celebrating small successes together.
